The SocrateERP cloud solution has a new version. This is not a novelty in itself, but we will continue to briefly review the most important new features developed for our customers.
The most important news is, of course, the SAF-T Report, D406 Declaration, which is the most important tax news of the year. SocrateERP in the cloud is ready to generate the SAF-T statement, according to the legislative regulations, but we will write more about this in the coming days.
Extending SocrateERP integrations - efficiency, speed and low operating costs
From now on, SocrateERP is integrated with the online banking system made available to customers by Raiffeisen Bank. The SocrateERP Online Banking extension allows the import and automatic processing of an account statement obtained from the application provided by the bank or other customers' own applications.
We have also expanded the list of courier applications with which SocrateERP is integrated with the Sameday application, which means that the order is automatically sent to the courier with all the data and also the generation of transport documents (AWB) that can be forwarded to customers.
SocrateERP is an open platform built on an architecture that allows you to easily extend the application for specific needs and integrate with other software, equipment and devices, to best meet the needs of organizations. SocrateERP is already integrated with a variety of niche solutions designed to cover specific business activities, and on request can be integrated with other external solutions, designed to conduct business in optimal conditions.
On the hardware side, SocrateERP can integrate with an infinite number of devices and sensors (POS, scales, handhelds, cash registers or other flow automation devices), allowing you to take full advantage of IoT technology.

Improved control of material consumption on projects
For all beneficiaries who carry out their activity on the basis of projects, we have extended the control functionality by introducing a process of control of the consumed materials, if they are included in the planned quantities. If there are overruns, the user receives a notification message, in which case the project manager can determine if consumption is limited or if it can be exceeded.
Automated (re) classification of third parties according to certain criteria chosen by the user
An automated third-party (re) classification process has been added based on one of three criteria: order volume, invoiced volume, cashed volume. The user can set the policy and third-party thresholds and run this process or put it in the scheduler.

To help users, we've expanded the context-sensitive help option. With the new version you have the same functionality for reports and processes. This new option is also useful with a big impact for those who build their own columns, rows, etc. so I can document what each field means and when and how to complete it.
