The latest changes to the fiscal code, adopted at the end of last year by GEO no. 115/2023, also covers, among others, the national system for monitoring the road transport of goods with high fiscal risk, RO e-Transport.
Officially entered into force on January 1, 2023, the obligation to register in RO e-Transport initially only concerned the transport of goods with a high fiscal risk. Now, by GEO 115/2023, starting from December 15, 2023, the obligation to monitor all international road transport of goods related to import/export operations/intra-community purchases/intra-community deliveries) has been introduced in the RO e-Transport System, regardless of the category of transported goods .

What functionalities does SBS e-Transport offer?
