SAF-T reporting (D406) is the most challenging statement for both companies and IT manufacturers. Starting in 2022, the 406 return is mandatory for large taxpayers and will be extended from 2023 to medium taxpayers, and from 2025 for almost all companies.
D406 submission deadlines:
- large taxpayers = from January 1, 2022
- middle taxpayers = from January 1, 2023
- small taxpayers = from January 1, 2025
BITSoftware offers you a solution that is as flexible as possible, easy to use and that meets the technical requirements provided by ANAF. As a well-established provider of business systems, we have analyzed the complexity of the statement requirements, the breadth of data to be provided, the variation and specificity in the implementation of ERP and now we come up with a solution to meet all these challenges.
In this regard, BITSoftware launches a new SocrateStatements service, offered exclusively as a SaaS service in AWS Cloud. This service was designed to integrate with SocrateERP, but also with third party computer systems or specialized applications.
How to obtain the D406 SAF-T declaration?
Preparation to obtain the D406 declaration (SAF-T) does not only mean extracting the data from the ERP and transmitting them to ANAF, but also involves the preparation steps, understanding of the structure of the declaration and the elements to be reported, followed by a configuration of application and adjustment of document flows to allow obtaining information in the format requested by ANAF.
In this context, the BITSoftware team also offers you support and implementation services for the use of the service, as well as documentation with the steps that must be followed to obtain the declaration.
What does SocrateStatements do?
- data processing in order to obtain the declaration in the standardized .xml format requested by ANAF (legislation in force)
- storage of source files (.csv) generated either from ERP or from other sources
- storage of generated statements
- syntactic and structural validation of processed data
- keeping the history of information processing
- quantitative and qualitative information about the data processed / reported, both at the level of source files and at the level of xml declaration
Work less and report correctly
The reporting itself is extremely detailed, so you need to gather almost all the financial-accounting data and operational transactions for the reporting period. SocrateStatements service is ready to face the challenges posed by the new SAF-T declaration as part of the digitalization of the Romanian tax system.
