ENTERSOFTONE announces the appointment of Marian Gheorghe as CEO of its operations in Romania, marking an important milestone in the company’s new phase of growth and consolidation in the local market. The appointment comes at a strategic moment, as ENTERSOFTONE intensifies its efforts to strengthen the local organization, accelerate execution, and deliver increased value to customers and partners.
This leadership decision is part of a broader long-term strategy launched following the merger of the two companies, BITSoftware, a member of the Entersoft Group, and SOFTONE, into a single unified organization. The strategy aims to reinforce ENTERSOFTONE’s position in Romania, expand its footprint across Southeastern Europe, and increase the availability and impact of integrated business software solutions at regional level.

Marian Gheorghe brings over 25 years of experience in the IT&C and business consulting industry, gained within leading international organizations such as EY, Capgemini, IBM, Telekom, and Vodafone. Prior to joining ENTERSOFTONE Romania, he served as Head of Business Development at EY Romania, where he contributed to growth initiatives and strengthened client and partner relationships through complex digital transformation and enterprise solution implementation projects.
