Indukat Trading & Services was established in 1995, the core business being distribution of textile machinery as well as sewing and knitting machines. Over time, the company has become one of the leading distributors in the Romanian market. Indukat Trading & Services distributes Ascolite, Groz Beckert, Kannegiesser, Pegasus, Rotondi and Strobel products. 

With SocrateERP, Indukat manages now its entire business, from purchasing to sales, and from customer database to financial and accounting issues. The company also uses Socrate Payroll, for defining and managing staff structure, wages, etc.

The major benefits of using BITSoftware’s ERP were in sales, by reducing the order fulfillment time by nearly 20 percent, and in accounting through an easier tracking of expenses and revenues by their nature. This meant an increase of the speed of collecting claims by nearly 35%, by reducing the collection period from 136 days to 88 days.
