Founded in 1999 as a building and steel materials warehouse, Kronmat is now one of the leading companies on the steel materials market in Romania. Kronmat manufactures concrete steel shaped products (stirrups, frames, beams, bearing shells and apertures), and has over 20,000 square meters production facilities and storage area.

The impossibility to access the activity reports from the company's systems, track customer orders and deliver them in time or get a profitability analysis for a new product, data-duplication, led to delays in decision making. This started to affect the efficiency of different departments and processes, with direct effect on the company’s profitability.

To achieve the desired objectives, Kronmat`s management decided to implement SocrateERP. The
